Customer Service

Sterling Card Solutions is a gift card manufacturer that delivers a high quality product with top notch customer service. One of the weakest links in any of the 25 or so card manufacturers in America is their inability to work with clients who know nothing at all about card design and production. Not here! Our customer service reps assist our customers in the ordering process from start to finish answering any questions they might have throughout the entire production process.

Information Technology/Data

Our IT/Data Department receives, compiles and arranges raw data for use for our inkjet and/or thermal systems. These are the devices that apply the readable number on the cards as well as encode that same number into the magnetic stripe. Plus, these same files are used for verification through our in-house and third-party applications. This department is responsible for maintaining all order entry work flow as well as engineering and planning all further network/technology enhancements. They provide desktop support to all departments and develop customized applications for internal use.

Pre-Press/Art Department

Sterling has a full-service pre-press department, including three full time designers and a web designer. We fulfill our customer's needs from concept to end product. We have a state of the art Computer-to-Plate (CTP) system. This helps cut down on our set up time as well as keeps our print quality true from job to job and on repeat print jobs. The proofing system has been calibrated to our CTP system and press to insure our proofs match what the press produces.

Geothermal Building

Sterling believes in doing our part to conserve energy and save the environment. We are proud to say that our 27,000 square foot building is fully heated and cooled with a state of the art geothermal heating and air conditioning system.
